KIY AI — Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

KIY AI is an AI-powered platform for fashion design, production, and IP protection. The Service is operated by Kill it Yourself Studios LLC, located at 2001 42nd Street, North Bergen, NJ 07047, USA. For any privacy question, contact us at help@kiy.ai.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form; we never store them in plain text).
• Payment information. When you subscribe to a paid plan on the web, payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited billing details (such as subscription status, plan, country, and the last four digits of your card) needed to manage your subscription.
• Content you provide. Images and product photos you upload, and the sketches, technical drawings, mockups, tech packs, and other outputs generated from them.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical data such as app version, device type, operating system, log data, and interactions with features, used to operate and improve the Service.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; authenticate you and manage your account; process subscriptions and payments; generate and store your designs; provide customer support; ensure security and prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

Images and prompts you submit are processed by our AI systems (and trusted AI infrastructure providers) solely to generate the outputs you request. We do not use your uploaded content to train third-party public models without your consent.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only with: service providers who operate the Service on our behalf (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting and AI-infrastructure providers), bound by confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax and payment records).

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct, or export your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have additional rights. To exercise any right, contact help@kiy.ai.

Account deletion. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing help@kiy.ai.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
