KIY.AI provides AI-powered digital tools and services accessible through authenticated user accounts.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform legally and responsibly
• Maintain the security of their account
• Avoid misuse or abuse of the service

3. Authentication

Users authenticate using Google OAuth. KIY.AI does not store passwords.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Scrape or misuse data
• Interfere with system security

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content are the property of KIY.AI. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. AI-Generated Content

All AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranties. Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Obtaining necessary licenses or permissions for any copyrighted materials used as input
• Complying with trademark and design patent laws when using generated outputs
• All legal consequences of using generated content commercially

7. Prohibited Content

Users may not use KIY.AI to generate, process, or distribute:

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Counterfeit or fraudulent designs
• Designs violating trademark or design patent laws
• Unlicensed reproductions of protected works
• Content violating local, state, or federal laws

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

8. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Charges occur at the frequency selected during signup
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy—contact support for details
• Billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge date

9. Service Availability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. KIY.AI may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

KIY.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

KIY.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or pose security risks.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law principles.
